Recently, Shanghai Lushuihe Wood-based Panel Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Lushuihe Wood-based Panel Sales Co., Ltd. jointly organized all staff to conduct a sales incentive concentration camp, and conducted a comprehensive training for the sales company staff, which achieved good results. 

   Faced with the brutal market competition, the market in 2019 was affected by the international environment, real estate, industry integration and adjustment, which brought great pressure to the company's sales staff this year. In order to do a good job, Shanghai Lushuihe Wood-based Panel Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Lushuihe Wood-based Panel Sales Co., Ltd. jointly carried out hard work, strengthened the training of sales staff's business ability and teamwork ability, improved the skills and team consciousness of all sales staff, cheered up the spirit, boosted morale, further improved the combat effectiveness and competitiveness of the sales team, and laid a solid foundation for completing the sales tasks assigned by the Group Marketing Center in 2019.      

    In Jianfeng Training School, all the staff who participated in the sales incentive concentration camp activities were trained in military training, lectures, competitions and diaries of soldiers. During the study, everyone carefully studied and recorded, and nervously took the training and potential-inspired exercise. After three days of training and study, we gained a lot, sorted out the related problems in our work, and figured out how to solve and deal with them. It was a training activity with strong practical significance, which further enhanced the self-confidence of the marketing team of the sales company and enhanced the courage and motivation to overcome difficulties.
